Piedmont Hazelnut

We took a trip out of Sicily, to the region of Piedmont, to source the special hazelnuts that are grown there. Our ‘Nocciola’ cannoli is filled with sweet ricotta and hazelnuts and it’s garnished with IGP certified hazelnuts from Piedmont.. a praline feast!

Filling

Fresh sheep ricotta (whey of sheep’s milk, sheep’s milk, salt), sugar, hazelnut

Garnish

Roasted half hazelnuts: Hazelnut
