We cater to a wide range of dietary needs:
We handle everything — delivery, setup, staffing — so you can focus on your event.
Our gluten-free shells are made without gluten-containing ingredients, and we can bring them to events and markets on request. We fill them in the same service as our standard cannoli, on the same trays and with the same tools, so we can’t rule out contact with gluten. They work well for guests who choose to avoid gluten, but they are not suitable for anyone with coeliac disease or a gluten allergy.
Pistachio is one of our core flavours, so while ours is not a nut-free kitchen, we take every care. All our shells are made without lard or other animal products; the ricotta filling is dairy.
