WE ARE HERE TO HELP
You will receive cannoli shells, fillings and garnish separately and all you have to do is fill the cannoli on demand. This can easily be done in a couple of seconds by any member of staff in the kitchen or behind the bar.
Our ricotta filling comes frozen in 1Kg piping bags. Various garnishes are also available. All our shells are made without lard and are suitable for vegans. Our traditional filling is sheep’s milk ricotta; a fully dairy-free filling is also available. Full allergen information is provided with every order.
